Caitlin is a skilled compensation and finance professional with experience working for global and national organizations. Caitlin leads large scale compensation and finance projects and provides strategic guidance utilizing financial insights and metrics. She is a strong and analytical partner who delivers results for our clients in an effective and methodical manner.

Caitlin has significant experience with market and financial analysis, bonus plan modelling and calculations, payroll and data auditing and advanced financial modelling. Caitlin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and has her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria.
