She brings experience from both consulting and corporate environments, having supported organizations across the retail, food manufacturing, supply chain, and professional services sectors. Her background includes work in compensation strategy, pay structure design, and pay equity initiatives.

Christine is a Certified Human Resources Professional and holds a Double Degree in Business Administration and Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. She is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute and holds a Comprehensive Project Management Certificate from the Human Resources Professionals Association.
