Ethel has over 10 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, and organizational strategy, spanning multinational environments across North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. She partners with organizations to design and implement compensation programs that are both data driven and people-centered, specializing in market benchmarking, salary structures, HR reporting, and process improvement.

Ethel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, and Master’s degrees in both Financial Economics and Financial Management.
