Kristy helps clients align their compensation strategies with business goals and values. She brings a collaborative, data-driven, and values-based approach to every engagement, with significant experience in HR leadership, market analysis, pay equity, organizational structure design, and job architecture. Kristy is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources  and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
