She has extensive experience leading job evaluation initiatives, HRIS systems implementation, performance appraisals, organizational structure changes, conducting employee pulse surveys and investigations. She is a proven consultant and strategist who utilizes an interest-based approach to resolving complex issues. Maeve is a trusted advisor who drives accountability, teamwork, achievement of results and continuous improvement by providing best practices and creative solutions. Maeve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration as well as her Chartered Professional in Human Resource (CPHR) designation.
