Jenny is a compensation professional who is passionate about designing fair and motivating compensation programs. She has worked in both the public and private sectors across a broad range of industries. She has worked with Executive, Board and Broad-based employee compensation programs and brings experience in various compensation programs including bonus and equity programs.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, both from Simon Fraser University.
