Victoria has more than 15 years of experience in Total Rewards and Organizational Design. Her professional journey includes designing and managing compensation strategy, salary structures, short and long-term incentives, bonus programs, organizational structures, and consulting on job descriptions, job evaluation, and career paths in global, unionized, and non-union environments.

She has led corporate transformation projects involving significant organizational structure changes, strategically positioning the company for growth and market adaptation. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
