Claire has extensive experience and hands-on leadership in total rewards. She started her compensation career advising on rewards solutions at Mercer and most recently leading rewards teams and programs at Lululemon. In her experience as a Compensation Leader for Lululemon, Claire led the design and delivery of international base pay ranges, bonus plans and equity programs.
Claire has significant experience in conducting analysis for executive compensation and leading the preparation for Compensation Committee meetings. She is a strong partner in the business and effective at leading and developing teams in fast-paced and dynamic workplaces. She is a valuable asset in providing expertise to HR partners and business leaders as it relates to complex cases including cross-border moves, equal pay, retention risks and key employee rewards.
Claire has her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from Sauder School of Business (UBC).
