Sean is a seasoned compensation professional with over 20 years of experience in Total Rewards. He has worked with organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to large multi-national organizations with over 30 countries. He is a strategic thinker and can communicate complex concepts across audiences. His previous roles have also covered DE&I and mental health, giving him the ability to design compensation structures through a lens of inclusion and compassion. He is passionate about building inclusive and accessible workplaces where employees are valued, respected and supported. Sean has a Bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University and Human Resources diploma from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
