PAY INCREASE TEMPLATE
The Pay Increase template is an excel tool for HR Business Partners and/or people leaders to use when determining an individual’s pay increase for a promotion or other role change.
The tool is set up so the HR Business Partner and/or people leader can enter an individual’s current pay and compare it to two options. The compa-ratio will automatically populate if the HR Business Partner enters the base pay bands specific to their organization.
There is also a tab set up to compare to internal comparators.
